Style Guide

We're always happy to see new contributions to the Wiki pages. However, please, try to keep things looking right and up to code.

What goes on a page?

• All card pages have only a Summary, Strategy, and Trivia sections, please do not add more unless absolutley necessary. As well as their infobox, of course.
• Use L33pbot as reference for editing card pages, it is ideal.
• Items should only receive a description of their function, than a brief explanation of a good time to use them.
• Sigils should have a quote on the top of the page with their rulebook entry, a summary page describing what they appear on, and a trivia page. As well as their infobox, of course.
• When making a new infobox, use other like infoboxes as reference.

How does it go on the page?

• Images of cards to place in an infobox should be obtained from Generator.cards.
• When writing out Trivia for a page, please try to keep it genuinely informative. It's okay to joke, and it's nice to keep it lighthearted, but if something is deemed irrelevant, don't be shocked when its removed.
• Try to avoid writing about your personal relationship with any cards, unless it was a genuine piece of that cards creation.
• Try to avoid using blurry in-game screenshots for images. Currently everything but card renders, as stated above, are instead exported images from Unity on a transparent background.
• If a card cannot be created in Generator.cards, instead press ctrl+shift+X during a run to have an image of all cards exported to a inscryption/cardexports
• Card names are proper nouns, it's Double Gunner, not double gunner.
